Where It All Began: High School Musical

Vanessa Hudgens - "High School Musical"

My favourite movie which Vanessa has starred in has got to be High School Musical 1. The storyline was so relatable and the musical elements made it really fun to watch over and over, to learn the dance routines, song lyrics and more! The interaction with her cast mates and the life long friendships which she made on set really shine through and you can see how close the entire cast and crew are.

 

High School Musical was the first movie that really got me interested in Vanessa and the promotion of the movie, following its release, allowed me to get to know V as a person and become a fan. She played the role so convincingly and really showcased her acting, singing and dancing abilities. Looking back at the movie you can definitely see how her skills have improved and it’s super fun to go back and reminisce about the original High School Musical days and how everything has changed for Vanessa and her fans – for the better of course!
