When Baby Doll (Emily Browning) is locked away in a mental institution by her evil stepfather she enters a dream world to escape her bleak reality. Going wherever her mind takes her, Blondie is joined by four fellow inmates (Vanessa Hudgens, Jena Malone, Abbie Cornish, Jamie Chung) on an incredible journey that pits them against the greatest foes ever known – in an epic battle to win their freedom.

 

Vanessa plays the street-smart Blondie. She’s equally adept at seducing with a dance as she is kicking butt with a tomahawk or gun. First on the battlefield and unafraid to take matters into her own hands, Blondie actually hides a powerful fear that sometimes makes her act impetuously – a trait that may cost her dearly.

    I loved sucker punch.. didn’t really get it in some scenes like when she dance? does everyone get in the dream? thats weird, but I love that its an girl action movie. nice.

    My fiancee was very excited to see this movie and after seeing beastly i was hoping this would be better and it was. Your acting did greatly improve in this movie. I felt that this movie in some scenes over did on music/special effects but overall i give this movie a 7 out of 10.
